This article reviews ways to help children before and after disasters or terrorism. It describes how services are organized to support kids in general, focusing on screening and intervention methods. The study found 17 research papers that looked at when and where interventions were given, who provided them, what issues they addressed, and their outcomes. Most interventions used group settings like schools for easy access. They included teaching coping skills, stress management, social support, and more.
