    This article examines three cases of severe eye injuries caused by fireworks. The patients were males aged 5, 11, and 31 years. Two required surgery: one had lens aspiration with a new lens implant, while the other needed evisceration due to a ruptured globe. The final vision outcomes varied from no light perception to partial sight (20/50). Fireworks can cause serious eye damage, especially in children and bystanders. Public education on firework safety is important to prevent such injuries and permanent vision loss. It emphasizes the need for protective eyewear and expert-handled public displays of fireworks.
