About
This questionnaire is a tool used to assess depression. Patients answer questions about their feelings over the past two weeks, scoring each response from 0 to 3. The total score helps determine depression severity: minimal, mild, moderate, moderately severe, or severe. For diagnosis of Major Depressive Disorder or Other Depressive Disorder, specific criteria must be met. The questionnaire can also track changes in symptoms over time and guide treatment plans. Healthcare professionals use it alongside clinical judgment for accurate diagnosis and care planning.
