About
This study assess the level of neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) disaster preparedness among pediatric residents in a children's hospital. Based on survey feedback from residents, conclusions reveal a lack of knowledge of NICU disaster response, but a willingness to respond to disasters. Training should include multi-disciplinary simulations that can be refined iteratively to clarify roles, and residents should be involved in planning and execution.Tags
