In the event of a significant disaster, such as a hurricane, wildfire, or tornado, this resource details how the Office of Head Start is removing barriers to make it easier for Head Start agencies to meet the needs of affected children and families. It includes guidance for recovery after disasters. In these events, Head Start programs are urged to begin taking steps to resume services.
