    This commentary reflects on the response to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, academic medical centers like Emory University School of Medicine swiftly adapted clinical care and education. This elective attracted over 230 students from 30 institutions, reflecting a growing interest in climate change education in medical schools.
